BIOGRAPHY AND GUESTBOOK

Carol has always enjoyed everything about art.   She grew up in Burlington, NC watching her grandmother paint.  She was a well known artist in the area.   As a child Carol took lessons locally and eventually majored in studio art and art history at Salem College in Winston Salem, NC.  She married and took some time off to raise 2 children.  She painted here and there, entering local shows every 5 or 6 years, sold a few paintings and won a few awards.   Carol and her husband relocated a couple of years ago to the Charleston, SC area and has renewed her interest in painting.  Her first entree was the Spring Jubilee, a juried show in Pendleton, SC.
